Born in Southern California, raised in Scottsdale. ASU Film alum and lacrosse champion, now the one you want walking an East Valley neighborhood with you.

Los Angeles originally, Arizona by choice. Pam lives in Verrado, knows its streets and its rhythms, and clients tend to remember how easy she made the whole thing feel.

Thirty years in real estate and a Seniors Real Estate Specialist. Tasha lives in PebbleCreek and works the active adult communities: PebbleCreek, Sun City Festival, Victory at Verrado, The Grand and Sterling Grove. She spent years as a sales consultant for a leading Arizona homebuilder, so she reads new construction and resale with equal fluency, and she held executive leadership at one of the country's largest Coldwell Banker franchises. Pacific Northwest originally, which makes her a natural fit for relocation buyers.

Honors graduate in graphic design and a former Division I softball catcher. She notices what a house is actually made of, which is why buyers lean on her when they are deciding between two floor plans.

From the Chicago Board of Trade to your front door. A trading floor teaches you to read numbers under pressure, and living in Verrado means he knows what the numbers mean street by street.
